Gary,

You wrote:

"If he wants to pump 'em up - fine... but he should not dis them ... "

I don't understand why it's OK to "pump" a stock without foundation but not to "dis" one. Misleading information causing someone to buy an overvalued stock can cause as much harm as bad information causing one to sell prematurely.

I think it's fine to criticize anyone who publishes misleading information but, ultimately, people have to take responsibility for their own investment decisions. With all of the misinformation, partial information and downright false information out there these days, anyone who invests based only on recommendations of GG or anyone else is going to get burned sooner or later. My guess is that GG would agree with that.

Charlie

Gary,

<<In the meantime GG has negatively impacted the earnings of those that probably know more than him in an adverse manner. This is reckless and I believe I have a right to find him at fault for this.>>

What if he ends up being right??
What if he's way off the mark and proven wrong?
These are the things that make a market.

I give him credit for having a stance, right or wrong. Look at his comments on HLIT a few months ago...now they just landed a HUGE deal with Charter last week. I felt he was wrong then...now it looks like he is but I'm not going to trash and bash the guy (just yet GGGGG!!)

You could say the same about Mark Mobius of Franklin/Templeton....since he has little if any intenet/tech knowledge...but so far he was dead nuts on the mark.

Happy Easter....lets rock, I've got a sugar buzz already!!
