pc, let's go back to every single times markets have had valuations similar to current valuations. 20 yr returns are 1-2% w/ the VAST majority of time being down and down big.

yes, it is highly unusual to have valuations as we do now so you can count the times it has happened in the last 100 years on your fingers.

You're assuming that money supply always goes up in a parabolic rate.

People in the 80's said the same thing about real estate. They encouraged no money down purchases and mortgaging to the hilt based on that premise.
