Barron's article -- So what? You think Barron's is God?

I don't. I also don't believe TPJ is God, (sorry if I offended you) that makes the ultimate decision of our future. Thank God for that, will you?

- Right now, the Miranda Warning is about to be declared null & void by the Supreme Court (you have the right to remain silent... anything you say...). Little background: the stinkin liberal, pro-liberal Warren Court said that cops had to give the Miranda warning before taking a criminal's confession. Why? Warren Court said to fulfill the Bill of Rights article against self-incrimination; but really it was to give the criminals a good way of beating the system

- this Suprement Court, including the so-called right-wing Republicans of Rehnquist & Thomas - said there is no Miranda warning in the Constitution

- in summary, just as there is no Miranda warning in the Bill of Rights; there is also a rule that laws have to be specific. The Sherman Act is too broad. Hence, I hope, & a lot of others feel, Sherman is declared unconsitutional. And America wins in the end.
