I hear the chart saying NASD's next stop is ~2500 (almost certainly), some churning, and then probably to the long-term trendline at ~1250 (and stopping there if we're lucky). This leaves the aggregate PE in the high 60s, a la Japan in the 1990's. In other words, still nearly worthless for investment purposes. Only a 75% correction, could be worse, considering...
