There is nothing over which they have no control. There is nothing over them that controls them. I was referring to future technological developments in other BB platforms and government actions which might limit their ability to deploy them. Their only limitation is what government might change with the stroke of a pen. All in all, a moot and unpredictable point... probably shouldn't have brought it up as it just confused the issue. Aside from that, they are accountable for their own actions... their own worst enemies. Mike
