Hi Ausdauer - It appears that IM is using the state of the art UPS "signiture authorization" tracking service. (http://www.techweb.com/wire/story/TWB20000714S0004) "...Jeffrey Johnson, vice president of logistics and transportation at Ingram Micro (stock: IM), a distributor of IT products, said the service enhances the information flow between UPS and his company, which in turn allows it to more effectively pass information along to its customers..." =========================================================== This tells me that management is on top of their logistics distributions and such service is great for customer services.
