G'day Mate! Well the weekend is here and the numbers say I did the right thing by walking away ten days ago. Port up 24.5 % for the year. Now I know that I 'missed' some golden opportunities for excellent bottom fishing, but I also probably saved myself from some horrid mistakes (if past history of my trading record holds any clues.) Personally I've found that when the stress/pressure rises I tend to break my own rules even more than normal. Although I've maintained a pos. balance in comparison to the beginning of the year, the daily observance of thousands of $$$$$ being bled off can take its toll. The - I coulda - shoulda - woulda - routine plays on the mind and you start to out-think yourself. My perspective for what its worth. This next few days should prove to be very interesting, the charts I follow are mostly in never never land. Looks to me like a decent move up or a retest within days and then a move to the upside. Covered all the bases there didn't I??? ;-) Easter Sunday here in the tropics, so the expats will gather 'round the pool for the traditional holiday barbee and hide some eggs and candy for the little ones.
