Benkea,

I don't follow CSCO very closely and was coincidentally looking at CSCO's numbers when I saw this post.

Is CSCO trading at 29X last 4 qtr sales or could I be reading bad data?

Thanks for confirmation from anyone.

Ramsey

Hogwash... all of it.. including the 20% figure...

Sheesh.. where do these people come up with this stuff. Go read the 10Q... there is no discussion of this risk which would clearly state that CSCO is either making a serious mistake by not disclosing it or it's a fabrication.

Second... infrastructure build out will continue unabated regardless. SP's have no choice... it's either spend to keep up with all the start-up and incumbent carriers or lose business. They simply have no choice. CSCO may finance as a tool to compete against their competitors but without the tools to finance (either at CSCO, LU, NT, or other smaller companies) SP's will still spend. They will spend cash, sell bonds, or take out loans of their own.
