It may have been 7 instead of 70 (big difference - sorry.) "Seventy" was printed on the transcript and Harari is a little difficult to understand. I believe that SEG previously owned over 10M shares of SNDK, and according to the DEF 14A filed by SNDK on 4/11/2000 (see free edgar), SEG owned 4M shares. It's still not chump change, though, considering that SNDK traded in a lofty trading range during the period it was probably sold (52 wk high - Feb - was $169.)
