You're neglecting to mention that the entire NASDAQ and especially tech stocks have been down for the past month. One of TERN's competitors - CMTO - is down from 84 to 26 (numbers rounded). TERN has gone from 285 to presently 85. That's about an equal % drop for both - 69% for CMTO and 70% for TERN. So is CMTO a "fraud", too? (Yes, I know TERN went even lower than 85, but I am using present prices.) Again, let's show more than one side of the story.
