If the company is guilty, I'd rather have the SEC determine that rather than "an analyst" who posts false information and then recommends a short sale. I'm all for exposing fraud -- so let the SEC do their job. But if it isn't right for the company to withhold material information (IF indeed that is what they did, and we don't know that for sure), it is also not right for someone to post FALSE information about the company and then tell people to "sell short". I am NOT trying to defend the company here -- just see that BOTH sides of the story are fairly presented.
