The government and the socialist media are corrupt and complicit in the ongoing campaign to demean and destroy the Constitution to suit their own selfish, egomaniacal, insidious agenda.

Really all you have described are the Miami Relatives. The only threat to the constitution has been in not seeing the law upheld. The relatives had no right to act as they have.

The tearful and emotional tour of the aftermath would be laughable if it wasn't such a serious attempt by the Relatives to subvert the rule of law. To hear that fisherman Donato Dalrymple crying about his dramatic attempts to hide Elian in that closet and keep him from the agents was just pitiful. I smell a book deal already in the works. It is unbelievable that a chance discovery at sea would bind this man to this family to the extent that he would be living in the same house still. He is reported at this moment travelling to Washington with the family on the same American Airlines flight to see Elian. This man's motives are extraordinarily suspect.
