Please share your view of the events of the past 2 months. How is it possible for all this to have happened without somebody not doing something that amounts to a crime?

Don't be so naive. You don't get de-listed for allowing your share price to drop.

Where is the company's reasonable explanation of events? Why will it take the "next several weeks" to come up with their next story?
