I'm sure Castro has made some deal to make it look good for the Clinton legacy about opening Cuba. Give you 3-1 that Castro never follows through when it's over.

Trade and travel restrictions should have been lifted years ago. That would have been the way to open the country. Might be tougher now that China has stepped in as big brother since the fall of the USSR.
