Unbelievable, I made the most profits in life buying stocks when there is blood on the street on any stock that I am sure is a solid company for the long haul. The test of blood in the street is maximum pessimism everywhere. It has been a long while (3-4yrs) since I have been able to get in with fresh $$ at low PEs. I use to wait for MSFT to come down to 60 PE or touch 200day moving average to add fresh dollars. So I am quite sensitive and vigilant to find when the bargain would get over.
