jw great post , then do you seem to think there exists a strong potential for lackluster NAZ due to FED's past spins,MSFT problems,NAZ loss since 3/10. do you believe NAZ will be flat until 5/?? , when Greenjeans speaks? other than needing some good consistant press, what would really jumpstart this market again? when do you believe the "2nd tier " stocks could begin to see some quality advances ? is the retail, "herd investor", so shocked by these declines he will not reposition into 2nd and 3rd tier companies? Are there any second tier companies, with now deflated E/S ,which IYO may prove to be great values ?
