Lawdog, these people DID have the right to peaceful enjoyment of their home. No one has a right to use a battering ram to knock in the front door while Janet is faking continuing negotiations right at the time of the attack. If they want to break in they certainly need a court order. From what I know these folks had never absolutely refused to turn Elian over. They were only trying to negotiate a place and time to talk with the father and try to work something out. Reno, Clinton and Gore successes are, Waco, Microsoft, Elian. Powerful and smart people but not good for America. Frank
