Charles MSFT traded at 120 in Dec99 when FY01 eps estimate was 1.86. Now that EPS confirmed by MSFT is 1.88 or more the stock is at 78. Assume they will win in appeals for a moment and then see how you feel about it.

As per put warrants, it may be 161 mill shares and I hope msft gets put 100 million for a cost of 7-8 billion. They will still have 17 billion after this q cash flow
