Alex, You seem to be the type of person that would invest a small sum of $99 for a years full membership into the Le Metropole Cafe and find out whats really happening rather than the same ole same ole mainstream media outlets that are currently taking the mainstream folks for a ride. If so, then would you like to present your understanding of the current article ? If so, just your personal take and do not copy any copywrite stuff from this url as it is a pay per view web site that functions as a business, just like those that sell advertise space and obtain an income like a business based on amount of viewer hits to the web site in the realization that more hits allows a larger fee obtained selling same size and location of advertisement placement. Simple USA capitalism that will reward with a monetary if one can take that selling to a high level that greatly exceeds overhead costs. Once upon a time, not so long ago, here, not over there, I did overstep the copyright law both in fact and spirit of the contents of the Le Metropole Cafe as I transported not only GATA news but investor type comments from persons not Bill Murphy and without doubt did pee off many that payed the $99 for it. So I modified my wrong into a one quarter wrong in that I only transported GATA news as in updates that really were treated by many anti gata as bunk stuff and not investor advice. But as we know, Bill Murphy was "forced" to put into fact and have it posted here third party, "the law". No problem for I, but GATA news updates from the Cafe which I did, in my opinion, did not step on and lessen the "real" financial advice one payed for at the Cafe. And if one looked at what I did post as GATA news updates, I did comment out & leave out & not include anything Bill Murphy added to "GATA Talk" that was of the type to be investor specific, for example, he spoke of companies he think are good investment. Bottom line, for me, I ceased to post investor stuff from persons Bill Murphy himself pays a fee to so that he can "sell" that info on his Cafe site. But once again, can NOT put toothpaste back into the tube, as Bill Murphy's reply was "don't violate copyrights" and it was not a conditional or non inclusive statement, as in all the Cafe's info is off limits to non paying members. This ofcourse includes e-mails from Bill to Cafe members. ok, all done, no more GATA News or Updates. Once again, the law is for all, not just I. In the catagory or selling a product thru SI, its a no no to do, as in "Book For Sale so author gets a piece of the action". But back to the subject matter at hand.
