Thanks for some yeoman effort. I interpret the results as follows:

The judge's decision essentially vacated the death threat and has left a nuisance suit in its place. GUMM may aggressively counter suit and/or settle if QGLY will go away for not much money.

I see QGLY as foolishly squandering both companies resources in a law suit vindictive in nature (probably done more in frustration of the knock off food supplements rather than GUMM.

Had QGLY succeeded in shutting Zicam down it would not likely have resulted in a significant increase in their sales which have been dwindling for years.
