MSFT likes to talk down future this helps in being able to issue options to new employees at very cheap prices. Granting options reduces operational expense as less salary/bonus need to be paid.

johnd -- There may be little or no downside from here ,, just a dip. I'll let you run any additional downside from here if it does not come all at once on Monday morning. If possible I'll bail and come back without the downward spiral,, maybe pick up a few bux in the mean time. I never worry about the top 20% or bottom 20% but the 60% in the middle IS important--- I do not try to time the mkt but take my losses early and pick up a few bux somewhere else,, dead money even for 6 months sux..
