Carl, no disagreement about NSIT and CDWC, the latter is a little more expensive than the former two (NSIT and PCCC), but rightly so, it has moved successfully into direct selling to commercial and governments accounts. Two years ago, I was hoping that PROG will leverage its position and its customer base to expand into the hardware side, particularly in Europe, where CDWC does not have a commanding lead, but that did not happen. I believe that PROG management simply lacks the "vision" to expand their business beyond the narrow bounds of their current activities. Zeev
