Michael, please read the text of the 11th circuit opinion, at

www.herald.com

The 11th Circuit ordered Elian to stay in the US but expressly declined to rule on who had custody.

I'm laughing, I can see right through you, Michael! I came to turn off the computer, and here you are trying to change the subject from PROLIFE.

Well, it's probably a favor to me. It's surely one to PROLIFE.

I was just over on feelies for the first time in ages, dropping off some of what happened here because I think it was SO interesting. And I see they were talking about Elian over there.

The hair does look different. But it wouldn't be necessary to fake photos to get a smiling one of Elian. A six year old boy is easy. Presents, toys, pictures of his friends at home, talk about all the fun they'll have, pictures of a swimming pool they'll go to at home, a beach, hugs and kisses from Daddy, promises of his own computer and some great computer games, pictures of a horse, maybe a real puppy or maybe pictures pictures of one waiting at home, promises his friends here can visit him in Cuba sometime, and in an hour, two at most, he'll be smiling for the camera.

'Night.
