No, but I guess my feeling is that at $500 plus it doesnt really matter what else they do, since it is a much harder purchase to justify (to yourself/spouse/boss, delete as applicable). So, yes they can do more, yes maybe they are worth it, but I suspect if you look at the graph of purchasers vs price, volume rapidly drops once you cross the $250-$300 mark.
Plus, I'll come back to the size and weight issue, once you need to put it in a bag instead of a pocket you might as well use your PC. I'd love a Casiopea 105 equivalent with 65k colours, 32Mb + CF slot, MP3, picture viewer, lots of applications. Once its the size, weight and price of a Palm V I'll be first in the queue! (I guess its only a matter of time). I also suspect it will be running Psion or Palm or Linux but thats another story.
