Of course the relationship between the States and Cuba is stained, and strained. There are those who think the boy will do just fine in Cuba - in the 12 years till be reaches 18 a lot will happen. And he will be with his family and friends - assuming he goes back there. The Miami Cubans are for the most part a rum lot - the Cuba they pine for was rife with organised crime and corruption.

Markets seem to be rallying again today. I think October is the next down month.
