Art: "would not be out of line", with current valuations in the market you are probably right, but I fear that current valuations in the market are all based on some very optimistic assumptions, and i also fear that current yardsticks will be cut down if we get a real bear market. The art here will be to see what kind of valuations one can expect if indeed a bear evolve.

If indeed, SNDK will gather royalties on the lion share of flash memories that are going to be produced from here on, and indeed flash may reach a market size roughly 50% that of the DRAM market, then current valuations will b seen as tepid in few years, even if we get a bear market bringing back PEG in general to under 1.

That is one reason I think that the growth rate of royalties revenues (which I still think is currently the lion share of SNDK bottom line) is so important.
