The NYSE 10 day moving average ARMS is approaching 1.3, i.e approaching way oversold.

Also I go through Investor Business Daily each week looking for stocks that IBD rates highly on a financial basis, an A rating, who also have a low accumulation rating, a D or E, and there are now TNTC Nasdaq stocks. Like Real Networks, the blue chip in their niche.

Alas, the daytraders still seem shell shocked though.
