This one's gonna eat up a little liquidity this week:

biz.yahoo.com

AT&T plans to sell 360 million shares of a tracking stock at a price between $26 and $32 a share. That would raise about $10 billion at the mid-price range of $29 a share.

The offering of the tracking stock, which will reflect AT&T's mobile and fixed-wireless telephone operations, will be priced on April 26. It will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 27 using the stock symbol ``AWE.'
