Scumbria,

Is it true that Intel can't supply fast parts because notched gates are not compatible with Windows2000?

Should Microsoft have warned Intel to lower their IDsat for compatibility?

I smell MSFT already trying to get out of the inteL Xbox giveaway.

Concerning IDsat, I'll defer to Ali and Yousef.

But a classic comment comes to mind,

And their (intc) 0.18 micron seems pretty dogshit slow even with the notched gates etc."

MSFT probably doesn't like dog doey screwing up their earnings.

Make it so,
Mysef

I have some impression that the parts are not only
incompatible with Windows2000, but also even with DOS.
Therefore is must be really hard for MSFT to
put out any functional code.
