Juan Miguel will stay because he gave his word to do so.

"He is under no court order. But he may stay out of gratitude to Reno."

He looks like a straight shooter to me ... also i doubt Castro would permit him to enter Cuba with Eli n before the court date ... too many propaganda brownie points to lose there, and C is on the downhill trend now, he will want to hang onto all he can.

I disagree. Think for yourself. Check the factts

#3 is laughable.
I guess that makes Gore a clown. But really do you want federal agents imposing custody issues?

This won't happen again ...
Actually if the Coast Guard had picked him up he would be sent to Cuba, probably Guantanomo. I don't know if the relatives could make a claim there. If Castro wasn't in complete power the mother probably wouldn't have risked her life and the life of her young son.

God bless, maybe I'll check in tommorrow night.
