Tommaso, I am more concerned reading the quotes you brought from SI, then from Abelson's most recent column, after all, dear Aby has been "crying wolf" since the bottom in 1982. I always wonder if he does this to make his job easier (just copy a one year or two year old column and insert the "sacrifice" du jour), or he actually sits down and restart the whole process from the beginning. If it is the latter, I fear he lacks creativity. (G). Well, in fairness, others will call this being "consistent"

T-So, I hate to read about others' troubles, but you have to admit these guys were asking for a big foot to squash them like bugs. Two comments: 1. He wants his wife to walk the streets so he will have more cash? Hope he's into penny stocks. <g> 2. I thought they were sending little Elon back to Cuba with his daddy? <VBG>

LOL, truth is stranger than fiction...

RE:I could take some money off a credit card..... >>>>

I know how you feel. I have been trying every angle to get more money. Been thinking about asking my wife to walk the streets
but I'm thinking I might be getting too obsessed. What do you think?

One of the common threads in gambling is to get hit by big loss and then try to make it up with a double or nothing on the next horse (excuse the metaphor):

Note the date and what happened to CSCO. There are also some people appear to going over the heads of their wives and taking out more from home equity line or the remainder.
