Dinner in two hours, so ..enjoy the remainder of the day..and away we go..

Artur Levitt of the SEC is the only hero in this market, now if could just do something about dissolving the corrupt NASD..

I'd erect a statue to honor him, and at its feet..id list all the people who's lives were ruined by the criminal activity of NASD BIG BANKING FIRMS

An absolute Must read...do yourself a favor..please.

One 30-year Wall Street veteran says: "It is the most corrupt
thing I have ever seen. After the market crashes later this year or
next, you are going to see congressional
hearings into all the terrible things that have been going on."

Tony, good article. Surprised that people (Hubert) track financial newsletter performance but not analysts.

That was quite a headline you juxtaposed on the excerpts you selected from the piece in the Sunday Times of London. I commend you for advising people to read the entire piece for themselves. Here is the link:

Best wishes.

Anthony, I completely agree with you... But isn't Arthur Levitt, the SEC chairman, one of these people, and didn't he come from AMEX to get politically appointed to his position as head of the SEC????.... AMEX is now part of NASDAQ, isn't it???....Aren't all these NASDAQ people "old buddies" of Arthur Levitt????... They can get away with anything while he looks the other way, or defends their actions no matter what they do... Just my opinion....
