Seagate Technology Inc. (SEG): The disk-drive maker's
leveraged buyout by its management, Veritas Software Corp. (VRTS)
and others will likely go through at a price of about $60 a share,
Business Week reported in its ``Inside Wall Street' column,
citing Rick Mastain of Delta Capital Management. Seagate fell
2 3/8 to 47 1/16. Veritas fell 5 3/16 to 100.
