And why is there a law specifically for Cubans? Think about it. Same reason there is/was special treatment for Soviet Jews, but not for any other refugees from the Soviet Union.
The moral of the story is: get yourself a lobby.

It ain't right, even if it is The Law.

And I totally disagree with that law.

If I had seen JBE's remarks re: the law I would have merely said ditto. As for her daughter-in-law's remarks- ditto.
