I thought it has been overcooked for about three weeks now.It pretty well dominated preannouncement activities as it announced the obvious continuing legal battle procedures.Analysts brought down the market as dynamic earnings were announced by other companies.I think it may be about time to look for other news. This sounds a little naive, but maybe the real earnings being made by real tech companies with bottom line earnings will be considered as suitable as .com companies with only top line growth models.If that's the case a lot of cup and handles have already been in the making. Tough to do ,but it may be time to watch for a rally confirmation - they come out of the blue you know. JMHO BOB
