IMO, they have great customer service. When I made a wire request for funds through mytrade/back office/cash management function, the money was IN my local bank account in just over 1 business day later.

You know, last thursday, had to call TRAC 4 times to finally get "connected" to the Cashier DEPT.
Called the first 3 times, only to get some very "not so cheerful" phone
assistants (long week), who "transfered" me 3 times to an operator
phone disconnect, instead of the Cashier's Dept.... hang up & please dial the number again! LOL!

--->On the 4th try , I made up for it , by having to beg this newest assistant ( i think they have 4?) to keep me on his line , before just attempting the transfer me to the Cashier Dept...
I am a patient guy , but this was a
bit much. Makes one start to worry just a bit, about the
state of the organization....agree with you, a buy-out
would be preferable to this.

Seems the connections at Mytrack inter~dept , are about as solid as they are to HRZG
at the market open ! <g>
