I don't have a problem with this private offering but am curious as to how big? How many shares are we talking about?

With the quality of the team that Sanguine has built, I was under the impression the funding was a done deal. So this private offering is a wee bit of a shock. Again, not a problem, we are taking action, moving forward, doin' stuff.
