Again. Ouch. Ya got me. The point is that you create a straw man argument by stating that I feel the officer (a single law officer) should walk up and ask please. I have not and do not advocate that situation nor would any law officer. Ask lawdog how many folks they send to calm domestic disputes when they get out of hand! There is quite a difference between asking please may I have Elian and going in with stormtroopers! If you cannot see that middle ground then you truly are ignorant and beyond hope. David
