I believe our aspiring United Nations Commander just threw another gauntlet at tactics that bypass the courts. I believe you said there was a court order. Everything I have seen on television has said there was no court order.

If this was Nazi Germany we would not have a Silicon Investor forum to argue. We would not even have any stocks because the Nazis would own 100%. And if Elian had a disibility or the wrong bloodline he would not be living with anyone. He'd be dead. And so would I. And so would part of his legal team.
