There is a rumor about the Fed wanting a forced divestiture of the office software branch of MSFT. More importantly, the markets response to this news indicates that the selling was not over in the market. So far a support has been tested and I suspect will be tested again before the day is out. This support is at 1417.50 on the SPOO. Next support is at about 1392.50.

My new system is percolating along. But an odd problem has developed. i set a time sync software up to keep my system on EST. I have through the OS set the time zone to EST as my local time, and checked a box to allow the daylight savings time adjustment. Time is one hour ahead of actual EST. Never had this happen before. Also, sometimes artifacts appear on the screen. Here it is looking like a driver update is in order. But in my case, since I have the latest and "greatest" already installed, perhaps I needs to back up one revision of the software. For this has not happened before using an earlier video driver.

Ah the fun and excitement of trading online! :-)
