Looks to me like SIP will become a standard. TXN has adopted it and I see that it is expected to be used by all the ROBC's. I'm not sure if you expect it to have a profound effect on the stocks in the VOIP Sector, or even how to invest in the technology in general, but there will be major players adding this technology soon for sure.
