Agree--From that S14-A there is no reason to be down in
pre-market. However, the MSFT disease is getting us--
MSFT is trading down 15%. The whole sector will suffer.

CJ,
I am not happy with what I just read, talk about dillution
of shareholder value. GBLX as a corporation would have
4x the number of shares as exist now. How does that increase
shareholder value??? I have seen this type of activity
in other stocks and it has cost me $$$ each time it occurred. At some point in the future the companies seem to
always do a reverse split and take away any shareholder
equity to the benefit of lining managements' pockets. Right
now I'll vote NO!!!!! Unless someone can give me a
compelling argument that we shareholders will really see
any intrinsic increase in share value. All comments,
arguments welcome.
