Hi Steve,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Looking from the outside in, my guess would be a combination of a transition into new markets (where the money and talent goes, according to an article posted on SI) and the challenge it is to manage larger projects which get harder as they scale up by a combinatorial factor (adding one person to a project means n more communications).

But of course, my bias is towards the shift into new markets. I believe this is wise, even at the cost of potential hiccups on the core. Shareholders will get rewarded if this big picture strategic shift is correct, and hopefully nothing tactical gets in the way.
