I was surprised that a dividend of $2.61 per share was paid on BHH in later April, since the underlying companies do not have earnings for the most part. This amounts to a yield of approximately 6.4%, and annualized a yield in excess of 25%. Anyone know the details on this dividend? I have not found anyone that can explain what is going on.
My broker (Waterhouse) can't explain it, the trust agent (Bank of NY) can't explain it.

Thanks in advance.
