NW...MSFT and MO were/are key holdings in many retirement accounts. It could be speculated that at some point investors affected would show their displeasure, at the government's involvement, at the next election. ------------------------------------------------- MSFT: The "angry judge" (I thought they were supposed to be objective) might also find many in this country who would find displeasure with his ruling. Some investors might even feel that this is an excessive attack on their assets by the DOJ. Loki
