Cory, it's to increase the authorised shares. Are you shares held in 'street name' at your broker? GET ON THE PHONE TO THEM; DEMAND THEY PERFORM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY OF FORWARDING PROXY MATERIAL. As best I can tell the company wants more shares with no added value. Anyone holding shares long then can expect their share value to 1/2 over the next period. I for one sold almost all my shares at the 50 cents or better value. I had hoped to buy back in at under 22 cents. Now I'd better wait till 11 cents.
