Hi E,

Glad to see you back. I noticed you were gone, astute :-).

Where is NOLA? Just curious.

Did not side step the "correction" like you guys. TSO/dlo gets market timer of the year 60% cash March 10th and 90% cash April 18th. He is the best and I'm the dumbest.

Unfortunately too optimistic re: NAZ. Bad trait, I hate to be pessimistic, but STUPID for fighting the tape. Should just listen to TSO, CB, and you and my port wouldn't be so decimated. Lost 10's of thousands of dollars in the last 5 weeks not even close to gaining it back as of last Thurs.

In talking to other people I feel like I'm the only person on the planet that missed the dive and isn't in cash woe is me!!!!!!!!!!

Now stuck and will have to ride it out. I still like LSI, EMC, CSCO, and JDSU and don't see where their fundamentals have changed, but that is just my stupid opinion and reason for owning calls on them which are all plummeting as I write this.

Anyways glad your back and hope you can give guidance to a bottom a/o reentry point.

Al

E! The difference is that you take a reasonable view of the situation, try to figure out what the values are, and when to take advantage of them. The super-bears just go for years and years saying the sky is falling, and when we finally get anything like a significant correction, their attitude is "See I was right, and what's more it will get worse, because the sky is falling"... Their credibility, with me, is zero.
We have some overvaluation, and one thing the market does well is to take the premiums off the undeserving. We also may not be back into any flying bull market any time soon. But to talk about 1400 on the Naz with an economy that has grown, and will grow, like this one has done is --in my view-- utter nonsense.
Cautious cash, and a little patience will go a long ways here, I suspect..
