The Government seized the right Opportunity to announce a proposed breakup after learning on Thursday that Microsoft's earnings were not so stellar., It was indeed a ripe chance to storm and stampede the stock knowing that the fallout would be what happened today. All past announcements and leaks were very well timed at the expense of microsoft's shareholders. This is a very sad time in the history of American politics. No company and shareprice is immuned to the onslaught of the DOJ right or wrong. Frank
