Tough call, but they are making the investment on the cheap, and they keep this free access/ad model alive and well. Part of the intent has to be to pressure the other isp's, but I don't get how this helps qcom a lot in the here and now. It seems to fit with the January acquisition.

NetZero is another great move. Check out AOL market cap of about $130 for what an ISP can be worth. Q! will enable WWeb contact and be a dominant ISP via NetZero.

Things get better every day as the stock price drops.
