OF COURSE rights are accompanied by responsibility. Gunbearers are advised not to do stupid or mean things with guns. Violence, armed or otherwise, is unlawful in all 50 states.
But banning "ugly" guns under the pejorative of "assault weapons" or "Saturday night specials" (and just what the **** are those anyway??) does not do a thing for a society that respects the citizen. Who gains? Not you, not I. Only those who want to become managers of ideology.
